What does fulfilment mean?

Fulfilment is a complete package of logistics service providers that, besides transport, also offers additional services that complement the shipment. The services that are offered vary depending on the provider. The LION Group’s fulfilment in e-commerce was born out of the organic growth of our logistics and has established itself as an independent business unit within the company. Our customers include mail order companies, brand artists and distributors.

What does LION’s fulfilment include?

Fulfilment within the LION Group is a coherent process consisting of many individual services. We have made it our mission to make this as efficient as possible. Part of LION’s fulfilment is the delivery of goods to the recipient, including complete warehouse logistics, picking and packaging as well as shipping. In order to complete this logistics solution, this service also includes the collection of goods from all parts of the world to our fulfilment center in Forst, the customs handling of the import and, if necessary, storage on our in-house customs warehouse. For the fulfilment, it can be chosen, which services to use and which are not necessary. We take care of each order individually and work out the optimal solution in terms of the type and scope of the fulfilment services in consultation with the customer.
